  • Inca Trail permits and Machu Picchu entrance tickets are non-modifiable once issued and must be purchased again in case of any change, as per official regulations.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance
    No additional charges apply. Only the initial deposit is retained, as it is used to secure permits, entrance tickets, and train services.
  • Cancellations made 30 days or less before departure
    The total cost is non-refundable.

Machu Picchu full day
  1. Hotel pick-up in Cusco or Sacred Valley
    Your journey begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Cusco.
    Pick-up from the Sacred Valley is available upon request, at an additional cost, and must be arranged in advance.
  2. Transfer to Ollantaytambo
    Duration: 1 hour and 50 minutes approximately
    Transfer from Cusco to the train station in Ollantaytambo.
  3. Train to Aguas Calientes and Lunch
    Duration: 1 hour and 50 minutes approximately
    Board a panoramic train in Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes and enjoy traditional dance performances and a cultural fashion presentation on board.
    Upon arrival, enjoy lunch in Aguas Calientes before continuing to Machu Picchu.
  4. Bus to Machu Picchu and Guided Tour
    Continue by official shuttle bus to Machu Picchu (approximately 30 minutes), where you will enjoy a guided tour of 2 to 2.5 hours, exploring its most important sectors and architectural significance.
  5. Return to Aguas Calientes
    Duration: 30 minutes approximately
    After the visit, return by bus to Aguas Calientes.
  6. Return Train to Ollantaytambo
    Duration: 1 hour and 50 minutes approximately
    Board the evening train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo.
  7. Transfer to your hotel in Cusco
