At MONTANA PERU, we understand that travel plans may change. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are managed.

Certain services are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Entrance tickets (e.g., Machu Picchu or other protected sites)
  • Train tickets
  • Airline tickets

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method whenever possible
  • Bank charges, transaction fees, and administrative costs will be deducted from the refundable amount

6. Modifications Instead of Cancellation
In some cases, MONTANA PERU may offer the option to reschedule services instead of canceling, subject to availability and provider policies. Additional fees may apply.
