At MONTANA PERU, we are committed to providing a transparent and secure booking process. The following Advance Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments required to confirm and guarantee our travel services.
1. Reservation Confirmation
All reservations must be confirmed with an advance payment. Services are subject to availability and will only be secured once the required deposit has been received and verified.
2. Advance Payment Requirement
A minimum advance payment of 30% to 50% of the total program cost is required to confirm any booking. The exact percentage may vary depending on the type of service, season, and supplier conditions.
3. Full Payment Deadline
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 to 15 days prior to the start of the service. For high-demand seasons or special programs, full payment may be required earlier.
4. Last-Minute Bookings
Reservations made within 7 days prior to the service date must be paid in full at the time of booking to guarantee availability.
5. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer (local and international)
- Credit or debit card (processing fees may apply)
- Online payment platforms (subject to availability)
6. Currency and Fees
All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed. Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the client.
7. Proof of Payment
Clients must send proof of payment (receipt or transaction confirmation) via email or WhatsApp to ensure timely processing and confirmation of services.
8. Non-Transferability
Advance payments are non-transferable to other clients unless explicitly authorized by MONTANA PERU.
9. Non-Refundable Deposits
Advance payments may be non-refundable, especially for services that involve third-party providers such as hotels, train tickets, entrance fees, and permits. Refund conditions will be subject to our Cancellation Policy.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By making an advance payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
