  • Depending on the timing of the request, our team will assist you and provide an updated quotation based on the services that allow modifications. Please note that:
  • Machu Picchu entrance tickets are non-modifiable once issued and must be purchased again in case of any change, as per official regulations.
  • Hotel reservations may be modified up to 32 days prior to travel, in accordance with the provider’s policies. After this period, changes are considered a cancellation.
  • Cancellations made more than 32 days in advance
    No additional charges apply. Only the initial deposit is retained, as it is used to secure permits, entrance tickets, and train services.
  • Cancellations made 32 days or less before departure
    The total cost is non-refundable.

Day 1: Arrival in Cusco

    Travel time: 20 minutes to Cusco / 2 hours to Urubamba
    You will be transferred to your hotel in Cusco or the Sacred Valley.
    This day is reserved for rest and acclimatization.
Day 2: Sacred Valley (Chinchero, Ollantaytambo)
  1. Hotel Pick-Up
    Your day begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel.
    The sequence of visits on this day depends on your overnight location. Guests staying in Cusco will begin in Chinchero, while those in Urubamba will start with a visit to Ollantaytambo.
  2. Transfer to Ollantaytambo (2,792 m / 9,160 ft above sea level)
    Travel time: 30 minutes from Urubamba
    Visit Ollantaytambo, a well-preserved Inca town, where you will explore its charming streets that still retain original Inca stonework and layout.

    Visit Chinchero, a traditional Andean village known for its rich textile heritage and cultural authenticity.

Day 3: Sacred Valley (Maras Moray)

Day 4: Inca Trail Trek (Day 1)

    Upon arrival at Km 104, begin your hike with a visit to Chachabamba, an archaeological site that marks the start of your Inca Trail experience.
  4. Inca Trail Hike to Wiñay Wayna (2,650 m / 8,694 ft above sea level)
    Hiking time: approximately 6 hours
    Follow ancient Inca paths through cloud forest landscapes, arriving at Wiñay Wayna, one of the most impressive archaeological sites along the trail.
  5. Hike from Wiñay Wayna to Machu Picchu (2,430 m / 7,972 ft above sea level)
    Continue your journey toward Machu Picchu, where you will have a first panoramic view of the citadel.
    A short introductory visit will allow you to enjoy the classic viewpoint and take the iconic photographs. This area is exclusively accessible to Inca Trail hikers, offering a privileged arrival experience.
