At MONTANA PERU, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable booking experience. The following Reservation Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all bookings made with our agency.

1. Booking Request
All reservations must be requested through our official communication channels, including email, website, or WhatsApp. A reservation is considered a request until it is confirmed by our team.

2. Availability
All services are subject to availability at the time of booking. MONTANA PERU will confirm availability with all relevant service providers before issuing a final confirmation.

3. Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is officially confirmed only after:

  • Availability has been verified, and
  • The required advance payment has been received.

Once confirmed, clients will receive a booking confirmation document detailing the services reserved.

4. Client Information
To process a reservation, clients must provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Full name (as per passport or ID)
  • Passport or ID number
  • Nationality
  • Date of birth
  • Contact details

MONTANA PERU is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Changes to Reservations
Any request for changes (dates, services, passenger details, etc.) must be submitted in writing. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs or penalties depending on the service providers.

6. Early Booking Recommendation
We strongly recommend making reservations in advance, especially for high-demand services such as entrance tickets, train services, and popular tours, to ensure availability.

7. Third-Party Services
Some services included in the reservation are operated by third-party providers (hotels, transport companies, guides, etc.). These services are subject to their own terms and conditions.

8. Special Requirements
Clients must inform MONTANA PERU of any special requests (dietary restrictions, medical conditions, mobility needs, etc.) at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

9. Travel Documents
It is the client’s responsibility to carry valid travel documents (passport, visas, permits, etc.) required for the trip. MONTANA PERU is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a reservation, the client acknowledges and accepts all policies and terms and conditions established by MONTANA PERU.

For any questions or assistance, our team is always available to support you throughout your booking process.
